Issued part of rucio policy package, but will be difficult for upload/delete rules as scope not passed through api to permission function.
Trying to fix Iulia's issue with request payloads on IRIS jupyterhub.
Plumbed in custom rucio policy package and tested it worked. Not tinkered with use cases yet.
Wrote register test.
Wrote upload test.
Architected new lfnpfn class & upload/register tests.
CARTA story completed. ESAP work seems blocked, so moved to backlog. Looking at separating nondeterministic upload tests upload/register functionality.

Some issues with X509 auth on skao datalake. Affecting deployment of skao testing package to separate machine.

Tried to deploy the skao rucio analysis package. hit problems with x509 authentication, moved ansible install scripts to allow userpass, but still getting gfal authentication errors.
